Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Namaste! Welcome to New Delhi - we are greeted the traditional way and transferred to our hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
Day tour of Old and New Delhi includes Jama Masjid, Red Fort, India Gate, Parliament Buildings, Birla Mandir, Gandhi memorial and experience the bazaar at Chandni Chowk.
Day 03: Delhi/Sariska (239 Kms)
Countryside drive brings us to Sariska. Afternoon we visit the Wildlife Sanctuary famous for Cheetah, Antelope, Sambar, and other wild life.
Day 04: Sariska/Jaipur (111 Kms)
We drive along side villages for Jaipur the "Pink City" famous for its exquisite buildings of rose coloured terra cotta.
Day 05: Jaipur
The capital of Rajasthan is the most colourful city in India. Our tour includes a royal savour on an elephant back ride to Amer Fort. Next is a tour of the city with its famous pink coloured buildings, museum, observatory, Palace of Winds and the colourful bazaar.
Day 06: Jaipur/Agra (230 Kms)
En route to Agra we visit Fatehpur Sikri once a glittering Moghul capital later to marvel at the well preserved buildings and red sandstone palaces. Proceed to Agra - home of the world's most famous shrine dedicated to love - the Taj Mahal.
Day 07: Agra/Delhi
We first visit this immortal wonder of the world, which was built by Shah Jehan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, followed, by a visit to Agra Fort, tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah and the city. Afternoon drive back to Delhi. On arrival check into the Hotel.
Day 08:Delhi/Goa
After early breakfast you are transferred to Delhi Airport in time to connect flight to Goa. On arrival you are transferred to your hotel, where you will relax and enjoy the sun on the beautiful and world famous beaches for the next 5 days. Goa was settled by the Portuguese in 1505 as the seat of the Catholic Church in the East - it only became part of India again in 1961. Situated on the Mandovi River, it still shows a strong Portuguese heritage in its plazas, cathedrals and architecture. Although it is best known for its 65 miles/105 kms of magnificent, palm tree - lined beaches along the Arabian Sea, Goa has other attractions of significance. Among them are the Portuguese Catholic Church of Old Goa and the Basilica of Bom Jesus ( most of the mummified body of St. Francis Xavier is exhibited there on occasion.)
Day 09 : Goa
Free day for personal activities.
Day 10 : Goa
Free day for personal activities.
Day 11 : Goa
After breakfast we take a full day tour of South Goa and North Goa visiting Mapusa town, Mayem Lake, Vagator, Anjuna, Calangute beaches and Fort Aguada in North Goa and the South Goa tour covers Old Goa Churches - Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, Margao, Colva and Mormugao.
Day 12 : Goa
Free day for personal activities.
Day 13 : Goa/Mumbai
In the afternoon you are transferred to the airport in time to connect flight to Mumbai. On arrival you are taken to the city tour of Mumbai visiting the Gateway of India, Kamla Nehru Park, Mahatama Gandhi Memorial. Late evening you are transferred to the Mumbai International Airport in time to connect flight to back Home.
Day 14 : Mumbai/Home town
Take flight back home with the memories you will wish to share with your friends and relatives.
